Step 1 — Get a crypto wallet
Download a free crypto wallet app on your phone. We recommend Trust Wallet or Binance Web3 Wallet. Create an account and back up your 12-word seed phrase somewhere safe.
Step 2 — Buy USDT
Inside your wallet app, use the built-in Buy feature to purchase USDT. Alternatively, use a crypto exchange like Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken — buy USDT, then withdraw it to your wallet address.
Step 3 — Click 'Contribute money' on the project page
Choose your amount and fill in your details. After confirming, you'll be sent to a secure payment page provided by NOWPayments.
Step 4 — Send USDT to the address shown
The NOWPayments page will show a wallet address and a QR code. In your wallet app, tap Send, paste the address (or scan the QR code), enter the exact USDT amount shown, and confirm the transaction.
Step 5 — Wait for confirmation
Tron transactions typically confirm within 1–3 minutes. Once confirmed, your donation is recorded and the project's raised total updates automatically.
Common questions
- Is USDT the same as US dollars?
- Yes — USDT (Tether) is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. $100 USDT equals $100 USD.
- What is TRC-20?
- TRC-20 is a token standard on the Tron blockchain. It's the cheapest and fastest way to send USDT — fees are typically less than $1.
- Can I use Ethereum (ERC-20) instead?
- We only accept USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network. Ethereum fees are much higher and we cannot guarantee receipt of other networks.
- Will I get a receipt?
- Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email once your payment is verified on-chain. Your donation will also appear on the campaign page.
